Services Performed
- Technician found service bulletin for the code P0506, indicating to clean the throttle body, MAF sensor, and perform the TB relearn procedure. We then performed a fuel induction cleaning to further clean out carbon buildup in the intake system. This should help the runability of the vehicle, but it is possible the MAF sensor is faulty (Found bent pin in sensor – did straighten out). Technician also found the ticking noise was an exhaust leak from multiple broken exhaust manifold mounting bolts. Would need to pull manifolds, drill out broken bolts, and install new hardware.
