Services Performed
- After testing, technician found the coolant temp sensor was faulty. It would immediately show over 300 degrees on the scan tool when the key was turned on. He ran another test and found the sensor was continually grounded internally. The sensor was also leaking coolant. We replaced the coolant temp sensor and the vehicle is now starting and running normally and the cooling fan is not running full speed as it was before.
- COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR – Remove & Replace – Normally Aspirated
