Recovered and recharged system to check for level of charge. The amount recharged was nearly the same amount recovered, but the A/C did not kick on. Technician began inspecting the system and checking the wiring and found there were broken wires at the connector of the compressor. Technician repaired those wires and the A/C has been operating correctly since.
