2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Mileage149,189Service Date11/16/2023Services Performed- No codes stored, technician found coolant temp reading much lower than expected and the thermostat seemed to be stuck open. We replaced the thermostat assembly and bled the cooling system. Gauge has been reading correctly and the thermostat is opening and closing as it shoud.
- Technician did find a code for the temperature door actuator. He cleared the code and reinitialized the actuators, temp is changing as it should at this time, but be aware it may be in the beginning stages of failure. To ensure proper movement, turn the temp dial slowly.
